Payment is by cheque or cash on delivery ,credit cards are accepted by arrangment of each supplier on home fuel.
Availabilty bill
We try to ensure that the goods shown in the online shop are in stock, however we cannot guarantee that all the items will be available. If we cannot supply an item we will contact you and may supply another product agreeable to you.
Customer service
Homefuel.ie operates a customer care policy, if the customer is unhappy with the goods and feels they should be returned, they must inform Homefuel.ie by phone 087 2693521 or email info@homefuel.ie.
Upon receipt of the goods (goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered) a full refund or exchange is due. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
